9 reviews of Mesquite Credit Union “If I could rate them a zero star, I would. They have poor business practice and forget it of you need to call them to speak to ANYONE on the phone. The manager, Samantha Lang also told me earlier in the week that she would contact me no later than Friday to discuss an issue regarding my loan. (I’m pretty sure they misapplied a loan payment but I can’t prove it because I don’t keep receipts). She didn’t contact me and when I tried calling the branch via the two numbers I have, I continued to get the voicemail. Mind you, there is always someone that is sitting at the service desk when you walk in. So either they just ignore the phone or they screen the calls. Either way, bad business. Samantha did not contact me like she told me she would, so I drove back to the branch and told her that I’ve had that issue before. She had no explanation for them not answering and for her not calling me like she said she would. Anyone needing to get a loan car, personal or otherwise, I suggest you find a different credit union Texans Credit Union is great. And so is Baylor Credit Union. And they will answer their phones!! The practices at Mesquite Credit Union don’t seem to be very professional. When I had originally came in to speak with them about the issue I had, the girl that was at the desk essentially told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and had a poor attitude. Speaking to a customer with her tone when they are already upset isn’t the best thing. Good Customer service is a HUGE thing people want and look for when they do anything especially when it’s regarding their money. Get it together MCU or go home.”
